Each and every day across Canada, without fail, children with life-threatening illnesses get to see their most heartfelt wishes come true because of Make-A-Wish® Canada.

At Make-A-Wish, we know there are far too many children whose only wish is to not feel sick; to be able to play and act just like other children. We also know there are even more parents whose wish to seek their ill child smile again holds all of their heart's hope.

We grant wishes to children with life-threatening illnesses because we know that the wish experience brings these children hope, happiness and precious and priceless moments of joy.A wish creates memories that remain with these children and their families for a lifetime. A wish can teach a sick child that anything is possible – even the future.

At Make-A-Wish Canada, our network of eight regional chapter offices, nation-wide, share the common goal of serving our wish children and their families, and ensuring the wishes of all eligible children in Canada can and do come true.
