Care Communication, Medical Office Assistant and Nursing
Unit Clerk programs. Over the past 20 years she has
taught many adults, including men and has felt great
satisfaction assisting them in their goals to reenter
the work force in a new career or returning to work
after raising their children. Candace's commitment
to understanding the needs of adults in education and
career changes has made her a popular teacher.

Candace has known Melodie for over
10 years and has a great respect for her passion for
education and nurses across the board. Her new
books will provide much needed education to fill in
the gap for English as Second Language for nurses pursing
their careers in predominately English speaking countries.
Melodie Hull
has a Masters of Science in Administrative Studies
as well as a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology/Sociology
and has been a Registered Psychiatric Nurse for more
than 20 years. Over the past 16+ years, she has been
a Nursing Instructor teaching Registered Nurses and
Registered Psychiatric Nurses at the College and University
level. Melodie was the Dean of Programs for a private
health care academy where she developed and taught
classes for practical nurses. She currently writes
courses in nursing, health care, and communication
for two Canadian universities. Melodie owned her own
counselling and therapy practice for 7 years, and has
been on the Board of Directors for the College of Registered
Psychiatric Nurses of British Columbia as well as the
BC Association of Clinical Counsellors. She has experience
teaching English in Canada and Mexico. She will graduate
with a Masters of Education (Teacher of English to
Speakers of Other Languages) in 2008. Melodie
Hull offers a wide variety of education and training
for the health profession, social services and criminal
justice. With over 16 years of experience teaching
adults and 20 years of working within the mental health
field, she brings a vast array of experiences, techniques
and knowledge to her classes.
